- Non-Refundable, Non-Amendable: No refunds or amendments are permitted after booking confirmation.
- No Show: 100% charge for the entire stay in case of a no-show.
- Car Parking: Complimentary parking is available at the property.
- Refund Calculation: Refunds calculated based on the total booking amount as follows:
- More than 7 days before check-in: 100% refund
- Less than 48 Hours before check-in: No refund.
Booking Rules:
- Payment: 50% upfront payment required at booking; balance due at check-in.
- Cancellation: GST extra a s per applicable
Other Information:
- Wi-Fi Service available.
- We can arrange safari on guest request.
- Our property is 150 meters away from Madhai Gate.
- Booking Changes: Changing dates constitutes a cancelation.
- Refund Processing: Refunds for cancellations may take 7-10 days for processing.
- Reservation Changes: Subject to availability.
- Children Policy:
- Under 5: Free stay with parents.
- 7-18: 7-18: Extra Child charges will apply.
- Above 18: Above 18: Extra Adult rates will apply.
- An extra bed will be provided to accommodate any child include in the booking for a charge mentioned below( subject to availability)
- INR 1500 will be charged for an extra mattress per child. (To be paid at the property)
- Payment Method: Cash &al online payment accepted. Credit card not accepted
Hotel Policy:
- Dining: The hotel serves vegetarian cuisine only.
- Check-In: 1:00 PM. Check-Out: 12:0 PM.
- Identification: Government-issued DI is required at check-in for al guests, including children under 5. (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License and Govt. ID accepted as DI Proof.
- Early/Late Check-In/Out: Subject to room availability; half-day tariff applicable fi available.
- Confirmation: Al bookings are confirmed upon 50% advance payment.
- Full Payment: Required at check-in. (Please note that failure to pay 50% balance at the time of check-in may result in a delay or inability to proceed with the check-in process.)
- Refunds: Not applicable for early checkouts or no-shows.
- Couples Friendly: Unmarried couples are allowed.
- Smoking Policy: Al rooms are strictly non-smoking, including hookah.
- Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is not allowed at property.
- Damage: Guests liable for any property damage.
- Pool Hours: 9:00 Am to 9:00 Pm
- Quiet Hours: No music allowed after 9:00 PM.
- Meal Plan: Non-changeable after reservation.
- Discounts: Not applicable to extra persons at check-in.
- Transportation: Pickup & Dorp service is available up on request, subject to availability and charges.
- Safety Protocols: Guests must adhere to government sanitation and safety protocols. Force Majeure: Booking postponed in case of natural calamity or government-enforced lockdown.
- Special Requests: Subject to availability and additional charges.
- Driver Accommodation: Available upon request, subject to availability and charges.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the premises.
